Dear Self,

Thank you for your strength, your courage and your resilience. You have traveled roads much darker and harder than this one. This is a setback not a life sentence. This is a new chapter not a loss. Whatever and whomever needs to go will go and whatever and whomever is able to stay will stay. But you never walk alone. God is with you and you are with you. Always. The bright luminous circle that you throw up and out all around you is the product of one thing alone: the warmth and beauty of your own heart. All is well. You are here and the path ahead will unfold before you just as it should. The Love that you carry in this dark difficult world will guide you safely home. Be gentle and remember that you never walk alone. All is well. God lives within. Be still and listen to your heart. Be still and know.
